Common questions

・How much do you charge?

Project prices can vary and are based on several different aspects, such as the scope of the project, specific functionalities, requirements and wishes, and also the timeline is considered when estimating the project fee. The project fee is determined at the very beginning of the project.

・What is included in your design fee?

Once we have chatted and noted all your wishes for the website, a proposal is provided to outline the entire design process, timeline and fee estimate. The process includes research, design development, two feedback rounds and refinement of the website until the final delivery date.

・Do you charge by the hour or by the project?

I don't charge my work by the hour, but on a project basis. When putting together the proposal, I roughly calculate the estimated amount of work and map out a potential timeline. This way everyone has an overview of the costs from the very beginning. However, if the scope of the project changes, additional work will be tracked hourly and added to the project fee.

・How long will it take to complete a project?

Each project contains its own specific requirements, and therefore timelines can vary from project to project. During the proposal-phase an estimated deadline is discussed and a timeline is developed in order to meet the deadline. Sometimes life gets in the way and from time to time there may be postponements (or accelerations!) from either sides, in this case we can inform each other timely and revisit the timeline + deadline.
